Sorry I was MIA last week. I needed time to re group after First Communion. We are back on track and ready to roll this week.
Sunday – Leftovers
Monday – Pan Seared Ahi Tuna with Ginger Cilantro Sauce
Avocado and Rice
Tuesday – {Last Soccer Practice} Hot Dogs, cole slaw and fruit
Wednesday – Pasta and Sauce, Spinach Salad
We eat a lot of spinach salad right now because it is growing like crazy in our own garden and plus it is a wonderful natural way to help lower your Blood Pressure. All leafy greens can help in that area.
Thursday – Black Bean Soup, Cornbread
I made the soup a few weeks back and froze the leftovers. This is a great way to make meals stretch.
Friday – Soft Tilapia and Black Bean Tacos with fresh Cabbage
When you buy your tortillas in bulk simply freeze part and you then have them down the road.
