This is Cameron's artwork for today. I think it sums up how God intends us to live our lives taking care of one another. Cameron's gift for the Baby Jesus is a bottle of formula. He told me he chose that because he would be hungry and we would need to feed him. OH, how I love that little 6 year old of mine. Merry Christmas!
That's a very thoughtful boy. So sweet. And to make rum balls here's what you do....Take a whole box of vanilla wafers and grind them up in a food processor. Add 2 cups walnuts or pecans that have been roasted for 10 minutes in the oven. Grind them up as well. Dump everything in a big mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup rum, 1/4 cup corn syrup, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup confections sugar. Stir together. Roll into balls and roll in extra confectioners sugar. Do not over-induldge -- or else. Have a merry week!
