Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had our traditional dinner on Sunday. I found a Bison Corned Beef Briskit. It was very good flavor wise. A little dryer than traditional Corned Beef, overall very good. This is my "saints" favorite meal. What is your traditional St. Patrick's Day meal?


  1. We had corned beef last Sunday, but I picked up another one because it's oh-so-good. I boil it and then bake it according to the James Beard recipe (with a glaze of brown sugar, mustard, bread crumbs and wine). Delicious.

  2. Hum... being Chinese, St. Patricks day isn't traditionally celebrated, but your brisket looks yummy!
