We had our traditional dinner on Sunday. I found a Bison Corned Beef Briskit. It was very good flavor wise. A little dryer than traditional Corned Beef, overall very good. This is my "saints" favorite meal. What is your traditional St. Patrick's Day meal?
We had corned beef last Sunday, but I picked up another one because it's oh-so-good. I boil it and then bake it according to the James Beard recipe (with a glaze of brown sugar, mustard, bread crumbs and wine). Delicious.
